All items are handcrafted, and each piece showcases its unique wood grain, ensuring that no two items are identical.

:: F I N I S H ::

You have the option to choose from 3 finishes:

1. Raw wood - The bookshelf will be sanded and cleaned but left without any coating or varnish. This option is suitable if the shelf won’t be exposed to moisture or if you intend to paint it yourself.

2. Satin/ Clear Varnish - The bookshelf will be treated with satin/clear varnish for wood protection (especially if placed in a moisture-prone area, like a bathroom). This is a water-based, non-toxic varnish.

3. White paint on shelf + raw wooden peg - The bookshelf will be painted white, while the wooden peg will remain untreated (no varnish or paint), and the peg rail will be left raw with white tips. Please note that the white paint is applied individually via spray and may have slight texture variations compared to industrially painted shelves.

Each shelf is individually spray painted with a white semi-gloss finish (low VOC).


:: M O U N T I N G ::

1. The safest method to hang our bookshelves & peg rail is to secure a screw into a stud (the wooden framework behind drywall).
2. If a stud is unavailable, you can use the self-drilling plasterboard anchors and screws we provide. These can support up to 15kg in total weight (including the shelf). We are not liable for any fastening failures due to plasterboard or incorrect installation.
