It means low battery, you need to charge the scale with the included cable. Please ensure the charger is 5V-1A. Don't use the flash charger.

Issue: The battery runs out quickly.

Please only charge your scale with the included cable, and ensure the charger not over 5v-1A. The flash charger will damage the scale.

We don’t suggest you buy other AAA batteries to power the scale. It may cause the scale wrong.

Issue: The LCD screen turns blue, or show nothing.

Charge your scale with the included cable, and ensure the charger not over 5v-1A. The flash charger will damage the circuit board of the scale.

Issue: The reading is inaccurate or keeps jumping.

Don’t let any water come into your scale. It’s non-waterproof. Or it won’t work well.

Issue: The scale is scratched.

There are two protective films on the top of the scale. Just tear them off, you will get a very beautiful scale. The scratch is on the protective film, rather than the scale.
